What this website is for

myriyevskyy.com is the gallery and online shop of the painter Volodymyr Myriyevskyy, who works from his studio on the Spanish Mediterranean coast. The site shows his paintings and sells them directly to collectors around the world. He has been selling his work since 2015; more than 800 paintings have gone to collectors in 42 countries.

The paintings offered here are original, one-of-a-kind oil paintings on canvas, painted by hand. Each exists in a quantity of exactly one, is never repeated as a second canvas, and can only be sold once. Each painting is signed on the front, signed and dated on the back, and comes with a certificate of authenticity naming its owner. Custom paintings (commissions) are also possible and are arranged by email.

The artist also offers fine art prints made from his own original paintings, on museum-quality archival paper. A print is always identified as a print — on its page, in its description and in its price — and is never presented or sold as an original painting.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The price displayed for a painting is the total price payable for that painting, inclusive of any taxes applicable to the sale in Spain; the flat shipping rate for your destination is added at checkout and is shown to you before you pay. Nothing else is charged by us. Import duties and taxes applied by countries outside the European Union are a separate matter and are explained on the Shipping & Returns page. If you need an invoice, write to contact@myriyevskyy.com and one will be issued.

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website, including but not limited to original paintings, photographs, images, text, logos, graphics, website design and other materials, is the intellectual property of Volodymyr Myriyevskyy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, stored, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as granting any licence or right to use any intellectual property without the prior written consent of the rights holder.

Buying a painting makes you the owner of that physical work. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. You are welcome to link to the site or to any individual painting page. Requests for permission to use images or texts can be sent to contact@myriyevskyy.com.

Limitation of liability

Volodymyr Myriyevskyy makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors, omissions or outdated information may occur.

The website owner is not responsible for interruptions, temporary unavailability, technical failures or other problems caused by circumstances beyond his reasonable control.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Volodymyr Myriyevskyy does not control these external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Users who identify incorrect or outdated information may report it by writing to contact@myriyevskyy.com. Reasonable steps will be taken to review and, where appropriate, correct the information.

Because every painting is unique and sold on its own, a work can be sold moments before you reach it. If something is obviously wrong — a clearly mistaken price, or a painting still shown as available after it has been sold — the error may be corrected, or the order declined before it is accepted, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout pages, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. This website never sees or stores card details. Stripe passes back only what is needed to fulfil the order: name, shipping address, email, telephone number where provided, and which painting was bought.

Hosting

This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare's network.

Applicable law

This website, its content and its use are governed by Spanish law.

Contracts concluded through this website are also governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence and that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or from contracts concluded through it shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable law.

Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of habitual residence where this right is provided by mandatory applicable law.

For disputes not involving consumers, and where legally permitted, the parties submit to the courts corresponding to the seller's domicile in Spain.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, please write to contact@myriyevskyy.com first — a small studio can usually sort it out faster than any formal procedure, and every message is read personally.

If a complaint cannot be settled between us, consumers may address the consumer protection authorities of their own country, and may use any out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) body competent in their country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased to operate on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer available. Consumers in Catalonia may also request the official complaint form (full oficial de queixa, reclamació i denúncia) by writing to the address above.
